Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery, and may not be returned if they have been worn or used. All tags must remain on the items to be returned.
How to Return an Item:
- Call our office direct to discuss any return issue at (707) 528-3557 Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A return call tag will be issued from ATL Events if damaged goods arrive upon delivery for return of said items.
- 2. Please place the copy of the original invoice inside the original box with the items to be returned. Repackage the items and ship the box to:

- 3. We will e-mail you when the package has arrived back at our warehouse and process either a request to credit your credit card or we can send you replacement item, per your request. If you are returning your merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due back to you according to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to accept COD packages.
