Satisfaction Guarantee

ATL Events on-line store and has been in business for over 32 years. Our mission is to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations by delivering superior service and exceptional value through quality merchandise and motivated, friendly employees who perform with pride and dedication. Your satisfaction is our primary concern.

We personally inspect each item prior to shipping. We want to know if you have a concern about your purchase from ATL Events. Should you wish to return an unused item, for damage or quality, you may do so within 10 days of your delivery, for an exchange or full merchandise refund if product is returned.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.75% is charged for all order shipped unless you can provide us with a California Tax Exempt Certificate.

All orders for store pickup are subject to sales tax.

Special Orders

Special Orders are subject to a 15% additional handling fee.

Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for special order items. Items that require longer delays will include that information in their description.
